We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product/s to us and we will either exchange, replace, or credit your account, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from Creature Active Gear only.
General warranty – Exchanges/Replacements/Refunds
Returns & Refunds on unused items are possible, subject to the underlying conditions:
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Due to the nature of the items, Leggings and Bras can not be returned.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be contacted to arrange the refund payment to you. Please note payments take some time to reflect in your bank account.
When a product is returned to us and not all the accessories sold with the product forms part of this return, we are entitled to refuse the return and only to replace the item that was returned, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and only to credit or refund in respect of the returned product.
If a product is returned that doesn’t comply with the mentioned policy, liability for the reimbursement of the cost of collecting and delivering back to the sender will fall with the sender.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Apparel that is the wrong size can be exchanged, subject to the item has not been worn and the availability of the required size.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us to arrange the return address.
Defective products
We do our best to ensure that the products supplied to you are of high quality and sold without defects and in good working order at the time of purchase. If the purchased product has been used according to the correct product usage guidelines and is still within our 30 (thirty)-day warranty period, the necessary arrangements will be made for a replacement (with the same or similar product) or we will credit your account accordingly.
The following will not be regarded as defects and will not qualify as a return:
- Faults or damage as a result of normal and acceptable wear and tear;
- Faults or damage as a result of incorrect or improper use;
- Failure to adequately care for the product;
- Faults or damage owing to unauthorized alterations.
In the event of an incorrect product being delivered to you, you must notify us within 24 (twenty-four) hours of such delivery.
Should a product be damaged or missing any parts/accessories at the time of delivery, you must notify us within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receiving your delivery.
