Local Pickup
Please note that collection can only take place in Windhoek. A suitable time and place for collection can be arranged.

Own Courier/Lift
Arrangements can be made to use your own courier/lift. However, it will be your responsibility to arrange the logistics in a timely manner.

We deliver throughout Namibia. In general, delivery to major towns will be quicker and more cost-effective than to outlying areas. Please ensure that you check your delivery before signing for it.

Deliveries outside of Windhoek are done as per the courier company’s schedule and will only be made on business days (Monday to Friday, not including public holidays).

Deliveries in Windhoek will be made on business days. Special arrangements can be made for delivery on weekends.

Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. Please note that any costs incurred due to changes in your shipping address after your order has been received will be for your account. Please allow for 2 (two) to 3 (three) days for major towns and 3 (three) to 5 (five) days for outlying areas.

We recommend having your goods delivered to an address where it is most likely to have someone available to check and sign for the delivery. Please do NOT use a P.O. Box.

Please note, it is not always possible for a courier company to call you before delivering goods. Ensure the correct postal code is used when adding your shipping details

The cost of delivery is automatically calculated and provided during Check Out and is based on your order size, weight, and delivery address.

See below a list of the most common delivery areas and the associated costs. Delivery to other parts of Namibia can be arranged. The cost will be calculated and communicated to you after you have placed your order.

Windhoek – Khomas region
Delivery time is usually 1-2 workdays to your door (shipping address) and charged at N$ 40.00

Coast – Swakopmund/Walvis Bay – Erongo region
We make use of Nampost courier for deliveries to the coast.
Delivery time is usually 2-3 workdays and charged at N$ 80.00.
Delivery is to your door (shipping address), according to Nampost.

North – Tsumeb
We make use of Nampost courier for deliveries to Tsumeb.
Delivery time is usually 2-3 workdays and charged at N$ 80.00.
Delivery is to your door (shipping address), according to Nampost.

Delivery to other parts of Namibia can be arranged on request.
